Privacy policy

Effective August 21, 2026.

What we collect

We record address searches, the geocoded location and state, device category, referrer, report identifiers, and operational timestamps.

How we use it

We use this information to create and deliver reports, prevent abuse, support customers, understand usage, and maintain the service. Reports freeze the computed event set at creation.

Sharing and retention

Service providers may process data for hosting, database storage, geocoding, analytics, and object storage. Permanent report links remain active so visitors can return without an account. Do not share a permanent link unless you intend to share its report.

Your choices

To ask about your report or request deletion where applicable, email support@tornadotrace.com with the report link.
