What we collect

We record address searches, the geocoded location and state, device category, referrer, report and order identifiers, and operational timestamps. Stripe collects payment details and the customer email during hosted checkout; TornadoTrace does not receive full card details.

How we use it

We use this information to create and deliver reports, prevent abuse, support customers, measure conversion, and maintain the service. Reports freeze the computed event set at creation.

Sharing and retention

Service providers may process data for hosting, database storage, geocoding, payments, analytics, object storage, and transactional email. Permanent report links remain active so buyers can return without an account. Do not share a permanent link unless you intend to share its report.

Your choices

To ask about your order or request deletion where applicable, email support@tornadotrace.com with the order ID. Payment and tax records may be retained as legally required.
